Tom Hogan
Tom Hogan has represented Fortune 500 companies, government bodies, and individuals in all aspects of civil and criminal cases. He also provides ongoing advice to avoid the threat of litigation, criminal enforcement action, or other administrative issues.
Mr. Hogan has represented clients as an attorney in both a major international law firm and regional litigation boutique. He has served as a federal prosecutor, local prosecutor, and elected district attorney. These diverse experiences have given him credibility with courts, law enforcement, and clients around the nation.
Mr. Hogan also is actively engaged in quantitative and qualitative academic research. He has published articles in multiple law journals and other national media outlets addressing significant legal issues.
